Is there a minimum commitment period?
We offer rolling monthly contracts — no long-term lock-in. We're confident you'll stay because we deliver, not because you're contractually obligated to.
Can I change package later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time with 30 days' notice. As your business grows, your support grows with it.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is any person in your business who uses IT — whether they're in the office full-time, hybrid or remote. Each user typically covers one primary device.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding is free. We carry out a full IT audit of your environment, migrate your systems to our monitoring platform and get you up and running — at no extra charge.
What about VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Standard UK VAT at 20% applies. We'll provide a full itemised VAT invoice each month.
